Don't say YES when you mean NO!

One of the BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS we can acquire is learning to say NO, 

without an explanation. 

Because when you say yes, when you mean to say no, you are crippling the one of the most important relationships in your life: the relationship between YOU and YOU!! 

In life, when we learn to LIVE by making CONSCIOUS CHOICES about what is BEST for us then we gain HAPPINESS and PEACE!! 

If you are living a life trying to please others all the time not only will you be exhausted, but you will be disappointed!! 

Because if you don't learn to say no, you may end up disliking yourself as well as those you are trying to please!
