So often we hear about having COMPASSION for others and it's importance in life, both theirs and ours. Buddha says, If your COMPASSION does not include YOURSELF, then it is not complete! 

The ACTS of KINDNESS you offer others don't forget to OFFER YOURSELF! Speak to yourself with KINDNESS. SMILE at yourself in the mirror! But the most important one of all~ tell yourself, I LOVE YOU!! Without COMPASSION, KINDNESS and LOVE for ourselves we are UNABLE to TRULY offer it to others!! The best part is, loving yourself doesn't stop you from loving others!

Too many spend too much time 

trying to PROVE how big they are 

by wielding their POWER without thinking, 

in a metaphorical "beating of the chest" 

like King Kong. 

Never taking the time to consider 

the destruction it causes 

or the people it injures! 

POWER used for self is NOT POWER! 

You just look an GIANT APE!! 

POWER used for others... 

NOW that is STRENGTH!! 

You never heard of Jesus, Gandhi, Buddha 

or any other great leader CLAIMING SELF!! 

If you REALLY want POWER~ 

STAND FOR OTHERS!! 

The VICTORY in the end 

has INFINITE VALUE!!

"Only God should judge!". 

I believe as humans 

we should use our COMPASSION with others 

not our judgement! 

Taking the time to understand 

WHY someone behaves the way they do 

allows for forgiveness! 

Maybe they suffering from something not easy to see. 

Grandma told me to learn to 

separate the "doer" from the "deed", 

because COMPASSION 

will cure more sin than condemnation!!

 We are all a part/piece of one another. 

The person we were 5 or 10 years ago 

is NOT who we are today! 

Our cells are constantly changing 

and exchanging with one another.

our actions of good or bad, 

we are ultimately doing to ourselves. 

As Deepak Chopra stated last night~

We must all learn to "temper" our reactionary side 

and build our patience. 

Think of all the wrong assumptions that have been made 

based on all emotion and no evidence!
