How to UNDERSTAND one another!!

Sometimes I feel as if people ONLY LISTEN 
to RESPOND!

Meaning, they wait for you to take a breathe 
so they can begin EXPRESSING THEMSELVES 
even if it has NOTHING to do 
with what you were saying!
