What is #STRESS and how do you #MANAGE it?

STRESS is the gap between our EXPECTATION and our REALITY! 

The bigger the gap, the bigger the stress!!

 It comes from us WANTING something that we don't have! 

When it comes to mastering stress, you have two choices! 

Spend more time ENJOYING THE NOW by being present in the moment and appreciating what is NOW. 

Or, Spend more time IMPROVING YOURSELF; growing, changing and letting go of whatever is holding you back from reaching where you want to be!  

Either CHOICE puts the focus on something other than the stress!
