People respond to PRAISE
a lot more than they respond to criticism!
It's easy to complain about others
when things aren't going YOUR way,
but you will get so much further by offering them PRAISE
for what they ARE DOING RIGHT and
suggestions on how to make the rest better!
It just takes a little KINDNESS and TACT
to get everyone headed in the RIGHT DIRECTION!
