Controlling WHAT you SAY sometimes isn't enough!
Today I think we need to take it a step further
and CONTROL what we THINK!
For if you find yourself THINKING about something enough~
IT WILL come out of your mouth!
Buddha once said
"We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts."
Take time today to watch your pattern of thoughts
and adjust them towards the POSITIVE when you need to!
After all,
the primary cause of unhappiness isn't our situations,
it's how we THINK about them! ♥
