  2. Nice! It’s easier said than done. That’s why we must practice forgiving people, situations (drama), and ourselves and letting go. Then... do it all over again and again! �� People have a way of bringing us the opportunity to practice. I found that after doing this repeatedly, before too long it takes a hell of a lot to shake my inner peace. It feels great to not be reactive and to only respond when I’m prompted to.

    Emotions are like clouds ~ they drift in and blow away.
